We follow a "value investing" strategy of acquiring assets for less than what we believe is their intrinsic value, and typically less than their replacement cost. Our team then works to increase the value of each asset by one of two options, - #1 to acquire a pre-existing home that will be redesigned to function more ECO Efficient and overall more sustainable. - #2 we acquire open land and build a new construction ECO Home. We provide monthly progress spreadsheets on a publicly visible portal solidifying hands-on management and in partnership with local operators of ECO Based Components and Materials.
We've specifically built the XPANDECO portfolio with the intention of being able to withstand prolonged periods of economic distress. ERC-1155 is a technical standard used in smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain for implementing tokens. After a year in review, it was confirmed as an official token standard on the Ethereum mainnet in June 2019. ERC-1155 combines capabilities of both the ERC-20 (fungible) and ERC-721 (non-fungible) technical standards by allowing users to create fungible, non-fungible, and semi-fungible tokens on the Ethereum blockchain.
History
After Enjin Coin's ICO and the launch of their ERC-20 token, development work began on optimization of gaming assets for the blockchain. The effect that the Cryptokitties craze had in slowing the Ethereum network in December 2017 led the developers of Enjin Coin to believe that the existing ERC-721 standard for non-fungible items (those most likely to represent unique gaming assets) could be significantly improved, relieving pressure on the Ethereum network and improving the experience of gamers.
The ERC-1155 standard was co-developed with several other contributors in the Ethereum ecosystem, including Philippe Castonguay of Horizon Games, developers of the game SkyWeaver which is being built on the ERC-1155 standard and backed by Reddit co-founder Alex Ohanian.ERC-1155 was approved as an Ethereum token standard in June 2019.
Applications
The ERC-1155 token standard can be used to create multiple token types (both fungible and non-fungible tokens), and multiple asset types within one smart contract, and allows for more efficient use of the Ethereum blockchain by cutting down on the amount of redundant code used to issue each token. ERC-1155 also allows for bulk transactions and atomic swaps, saving gas fees on trading, as well as compatibility with ERC-721 tokens.ERC-1155 defines a common list of rules for blockchain asset tokens to follow within the larger Ethereum ecosystem, allowing game developers with minimal blockchain programming experience to ensure asset interoperability across games. ERC-1155 tokens can be used by game developers to fundraise via Initial Asset Offerings, similar to Kickstarter campaigns.
Several video games are developing on the ERC-1155 standard, which has also thus far it has been used to tokenize trophies, coupons, vouchers, and gift cards, charitable donations, certificates of authenticity, digital art, books, and tickets.

Investors pay a 0.10% annual investment advisory fee, which may be waived under certain circumstances. This means that over a 6-month period, you will pay a $1.00 advisory fee for every $1,000 you've invested with us. Separately, the funds in our standard portfolios pay a 0.85% annual asset management fee. That's $8.50/year for every $1,000 invested. Absolutely, Like all private real estate investments, investments in XPANDECO DeFi should be viewed as both Short-term (12 months) and Long-term (5+ years). This is because nearly all of the most effective real estate investing strategies require a combination of both expertise and time to pay off. We select strategies based on the term that best suits the investor return potential.
No short short-term optics under 90 days. If you anticipate needing your investment back in such a the near-term, we don't recommend investing with us.
If Investors choose to want a cash out from investments, investors also have the option to sell assets at anytime to any existing member or any outside investor of your choice. Cash Out options will not charge any penalties or fees associated with any project.
While XPANDECO DeFi should be viewed more as a long-term investment, we understand that investors may want or need to prematurely liquidate (or "redeem") their shares. Accordingly, our investors may request to redeem shares at any time, although such redemption cannot be guaranteed — especially in times of economic uncertainty — and there may be costs associated with premature redemption.
Normally a 20% fee of the initial investment to obtain premature liquidity payouts.
