LAND OWNERSHIP GROUPS

HOW TO TAP INTO LAND OWNERSHIP FOR ONLY $1,500

Phase #1,

20 investors will be formed into a land ownership group,

Each group member will need to invest $1,000 for the first phase of investment,

All investment transactions are executed on the Blockchain using USD Stable Coin and smart contracts,

Each transaction can be viewed 24 - 7 on the digital ledger and visible in your crypto wallet at all times,

Once all investments are pooled together, the total will equal $20,000 in trading volume,

The trading volume is the proof of your groups trading status along with how strong your group is investing publicly.

The investment pool will be used to purchase a piece of land worth $15,000 including taxes and fees, and the remaining balance of $5,000 will be used to establish an insurance policy, clean and clearing, secure with fencing, and place a large sign on the land that represents the project development,

Each group member will be listed on the land ownership title as a 4% fractional owner of the property,

The total land ownership will be listed at (1 Managing Members-XPANDECO INC.) and (20 Private Members-THE GROUP),

All 20 Members within THE GROUP multiplied by 4% equals an 80% fractional ownership of the land project,

Phase #2,

After the land is cleaned and secured,

Phase 2 will utilize the remaining $500 from each investment, with a total of $10,000,

The commitment of this $10,000 will be used to upgrade the value of the land by providing unique features, such as,  plumbing for septic infrastructure if not provided, 20 Solar Panels, and a five thousand gallon rain water harvesting and filtration system,

Once the land is fully established with Sustainable living accommodations, the value of the land will increase tremendously and will most likely be purchased expeditiously without delay,

Phase #3,

The Now Self Sustainable land will be listed on at least 3 popular online listing platforms for a flat rate of $100,000,

After the land is sold, 12% or $12,000 of the sale will pay 9% Taxes and 3% closing Costs,

A remaining balance of $88,000 will be divided into 20% and 80% for profit distribution,

80% of $88,000 equals $70,400,

$70,400 divided by 20 people equals $3,520 to each member,

All Members will receive 100% back the $1,500 from the initial investment, plus a Return of 57% with a $2,020 gain,

Each investment is very secure and can reflect on investor portfolio assets,
