WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP

If a Member does not reserve the Free Week Stay per quarter for themselves or the F&F share planners, Members can place that time open to be reserved by a guest willing to pay for that particular week. Members will receive 90% of that weeks value @ $1,610 minus 10% = $1,449 for that week only.
#2 Better
If a Member or F&F Share planner chooses to “Opt Out” for the entire year, Members will receive $5,796 that will equal 90% of the full 28 days revenue. Members can get paid up front and before the yearly cycle ends.
#3 Best
Paid Referrals to Family, Friends, and Co-Workers will generate 20% in revenue.
Earned Income
Silver Points - Referrals for a 1 week stay will earn 20% of $1,449 = $289.80 per week.
Gold Points - Refer 10 People to stay and check in each month - earn $2,898
Diamond Points - Refer 10 people per month for 12 months,
