At the end of your free trial, the following will occur: You will automatically be billed our monthly subscription rate. If you do not want to be billed, you will need to cancel your subscription before your free trial ends.

Payments

Shipping and Delivery

The services will be fully refunded if the services are cancelled at least 48 hours before the services were scheduled to be provided.
All Clients must contact the XPANDECO personally by phone or via email to resolve all return disputes.

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
All investments can be scheduled for a review by the XPANDECO INC. Board Members for return within 30 days after investing. Any investments after 30 days will be subject to fees associated with pre-mature payouts.

Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and XPANDECO INC. are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and XPANDECO INC. agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and XPANDECO INC.. The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be paid by the unsuccessful party.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and XPANDECO INC. agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Additional Terms

All DeFi Developments hosted by XPANDECO.com and DELT COIN.com are purchased or traded Online or on the Blockchain.
Each NFT Art Unit/Collection will be held as a Product to sell and manage by XPANDECO.com and as a tradable asset on www.OpenSea.io .
Each and Every Asset Traded as a NFT Sale on the Blockchain will have an attached (Creators Royalty Fee) for the legal rights given to the Creator of the NFT and smart contract associated with all investments.
This Fee will be a 10% Royalty To All NFT Assets Created by Spadoni Design & NFT-12 for the service of- {Stage #1-Sketch Renderings, Stage#2-Concept Drawings, Stage #3- 2D/3D Concept Layout, Stage#4- Final Draft Layout, Saving Proper NFT Downloadable Format Files, Organize Digital Catalog Ledger}
*Final Process - Hosting/Publishing NFT Assets on www.opensea.io , xpandeco.com and www.deltcoin.com Digital Media Platform, Providing Uploads and Links to NFT Trading Platforms, Providing Purchase Outlets to UNLOCK & Download (MINTED NFT Assets) after purchasing on Blockchain, Providing a Discord Server & Social Media Outlets for NFT Collections, Compensation for Contributions/Contracts with NFT Promotion Agencies around the World and Hiring NFT Marketing Staff.

A 5% Co-Creator Royalty can be added to any NFT project if a client wishes to offer design ideas to a specific Art Project..

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
